They tried to get me to refinance my home loan.
Pretty sure XYZ = DRS, which I'm also pretty sure stands for Dynamic Recovery Solutions which is primarily a debt collection agency. This kind of makes calls from them a grey area with the do-not-call registry as the registry does not block collection agencies from calling about debts. With that said, they are not supposed to call unless they are actually attempting to collect on a debt that has been given over to them for collection...
I got a call from this number, after a short delay the person said they were from XYZ (I didn't acutally catch the letters she talked fast) and went off on a little speil about me being eligible for a "program" for my VA loan because it's over $125000. As soon as she stopped talking, I told her to take me off the list and to never call a***n, and she ***g up. I am on the do-not-call registry (ha!) but to some fly-by-nights, it makes no difference.
