Leave a CommentI got a voice mail from this number today, guy says his name was John Parker from ABR Firm. Wants to verify my home or work address for service of process. He says there has been a claim and charges filed a***nst me but doesn't say what its for. Then at the end he aggressively says my name and "you have officially been notified". Warning: I have talked to an attorney and in some cases these are calls from over seas and they are trying to comit fraud by getting you to pay them for some other debt they have found out that you owe from another company. So in other words they are scamming you into thinking you are paying off so****ing you owe and then they take your money and run!
Just got a call from this number. It's for someone who doesn't live here. It's always about some case number for the person they are calling about to appear in court. Person needs to get ahold of them immediately.I think he said his name was Medina.
