Calls me at least 3-4 time a week and leaves a message. When I call back they tell me that they are calling regarding a claim a***nst me for a payday loan that I took out in 2010. I informed them that I have never taken out a payday loan and that I want them to stop calling me. They told me that they were going to proceed with claim a***nst me. The last time I spoke with them on 3/11/16, I asked for a company name and address so that I could send a letter and I was told that they were unable to give me this information.

Called my home at 8:20am looking for my ***her. My husband who originally answered the call didn't know how to respond and quickly ended the call by ****ing up. Using the *69 function, I called them back and explained that my ***her had passed away just a little over 5 years ago and asked them what it was regarding in case it was so****ing that we needed to handle, the man refused to give me any information including his name or the name of the "company"and he quickly ended the call after I asked these questions of him. I called once more hoping to at least get a "company" name. A lady with a thick accent answered this time with a "hello" greeting. That was all I needed to know that this was a complete scam. After briefly speaking with the lady she finally gave a company name of "JCC Mediation Firm". After an extensive search of the company and the number I found that many others were being harassed by the same number and/or "company".
