Leave a CommentI received a message stating that I was being delivered papers for a summons; when I called the number back he answered as if it was his personal phone and realized it and quickly ***g up, I called back twice And he answered more professional stating it was Amherst &Associates , but when I asked where he was located and what it was pertaining to he ***g up
Claimed to be a collection agency from a bank regarding delinquent line of credit (LOC) from 15 years ago. I never had a LOC with that bank.
I got called and the person said I had to sign paper for summons to court. when I question him. he gave me this number 855-933-2511 and said it was a law office.
