Received a call from this number today only identify themselves as mediator newberry and they supposely have my SSN # and i need to call them back and if they dont hear from me to govern myself accordingly. Scam!! made report Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General, the FBI, and to the National Do Not Call Registry.

received a call from this number. Told that she was investigator Newberry, about an account of someone I have not seen in 14 years reverence to so****ing in 2007. They had my current address and number, which I did not have in 2007. Sounded like a scam.

Called me and told me to pay the money or warrant will be issued

Left a message for me and my wife by name about a Connie Smith. If no return call today they would have to move forward. Identified themselves as an investigator. Sounded like they were phishing for info. Very sketchy.

Made legal threats to me regarding an old loan that was discharged under Chapter 7 bankruptcy several years ago. I informed them that they are prohibited from contacting me regarding this discharged debt and they told me that I "cannot hide behind bankruptcy". They refer to themselves as "investigators" which borders on impersonating a law enforcement officer. I believe this is a scam, so I reported this phone number and the person's name that called to the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General, the FBI, and to the National Do Not Call Registry.

Called a***n. This time the offer is now $250 with no jail time.

Someone called me from this number and threatened jail time if I do not pay them by money gram. I asked them to forward me a copy of the bill I need to pay by email to verify the bill - they said they will provide that to me after I make a payment of $500.00. They claim they work with the sheriff's department and if I don't pay by 5:00 p.m. a warrant for my arrest will be issued? Very sketchy.
