I got the same message. I wish someone would nail this idiot!! He shouldn't be allowed a cell phone!!
Apparently the "cops" will come to get me. I would think that an official notice that I am evading taxes would surely not use slang terms for law enforcement, thanks though!

They keep calling, so I called them back, he said his name was Ray Wilson ID # 210694 and that I have I have I think 3 or 4, allegations against me. He told me an amount and said they would have the local authority pick me up.
