caller id said KAISER SMITH J. answered, long pause, asked for me and then ***g up.

Called business line during working hours. TAX REFUND SCAM - DO NOT PICK UP. They keep calling even though we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Called, didn't leave a message; caller ID said "Kaiser Smith J" ...

This number called and left a recorded message saying it was about "my credit card" (not identified). Said "nothing is wrong with your account, but you can lower your monthly rate to 6.9%. Press 1 to speak with an****ociate now." Since they don't identify the bank or credit card, it's obviously a scam to get personal info or rope you into a new card.
