Left no message

Professional Recovery Services has been calling me since January 2010 they have many numbers: 856-673-1302,  866-464-1013,  800-443-2963  and s****ing my area code numbers of real phone number of people I don't know. There is never a live person on the phone when I pick up the receiver, they nust be using automatic dialers.

I get a call from 856-673-1304 every day at approximately 8:20 am.  They never leave a message and it is getting annoying.  What action can I take to stop this constant calling.  I am on the no-call list but apparently that doesn't work.HELP

someone keep call from the above number but never leave a message. i gets these call almost everyday
