I get same calls same **** from them. they do no or should i say the hospital is not billing the right ins. co. i have given them the info a few time still i get there **** i now use a boat distress horn on then over the phone and ****up

I got a call from this number twice. It's a bill collector. They're very unprofessional and are willing to give out any information about themselves until they get background information from you.

Capital collections is an collection agency that keeps harassing me over a $50.00 hospital bill. THe same male keeps calling me and says we spoke last month.and if I don't pay my bill asap further action will be taken. I do not feel that they should be able to harass anyone. I explained that I am unemployed how can I pay the bill? I was told if I did not pay they keep calling me and sending letters to home. I am contacting a lawyer to find out what can be done about this. I was also threathen that further legal action will be taken a***nst me for an unpaid hospital bill to Frankford hospital. I **** up on capital collections when they call now,and hopefully who ever reads my message show do the same when they call too and file a complaint with Ftc and Attorney General's Office.

IT TOOK THEM THREE TRIES TO DISCONNECT, BUT THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING, I ALSO LOOKED UP THE NUMBER AND IT COMES BACK TO CAPITAL COLLECTION SERVICES. I DONT OWE ANYONE ANYTHING, NEVER HAVE. BUT I GET CALLS ON A REGULAR BASIS LOOKING FOR PEOPLE I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF. AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET IT TO STOP I S****ED TELLING THEM I WAS RECORDING THE CONVERSATION AND THEY IMMEDIATELY GET NASTY AND DISCONNECT. IF THEY ARE LEGIT WHATS THE PROBLEM. BUT THE GOOD PART IS I NEVER HEAR FROM THEM A***N. ALSO IF YOU WRITE A LETTER TO THE COMPANY STATING TO CEASE AND DESIST CALLING THEY HAVE TO STOP CALLING OR YOU CAN REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I HAVE DONE THIS AND IT WORKS, I USUALLY FAX A LETTER IF I CAN FIND A FAX NUMBER FOR THEM. . I THINK THEY MUST LOG NUMBERS THEY HAVE CALLED IN AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT SO THEY JUST GO THRU THE PHONE BOOK. IT MAKES ABOUT AS MUCH SENSE.

This is a collection call for my brother.  I called the number back and informed them that he does not live with me any longer.  I was even willing to give them his mailing address so they could contact him via USPS mail.  The man I spoke with was so rude and told me that they were going to keep calling my phone until I told my brother to call them back.  I haven't seen my brother in over 6 months.  They are BOLD and rude.

I got a call from Eve telling me to call 856-768-4224. Called the number and it is Capital and I****ume a collection agency. They had my telephone number and my address for what I know is a previous tenant but I had lived here for six years. The lady (Mrs. Stacy) was very nice and said immediately that she would take my number off the list. I think this happened about a year ago but with a different collection agency and they also were nice, but the previous tenant ... hmmm, I wonder if I can enter his name? It is making me mad to get this type of call.

It is a call for collections from Capitol. If you have an outstanding medical bill they will harass you up to 4 times a day that I have counted. I wish I could block these people. The dead air you hear when you pick it up is the computer with the recorded message that tells you to **** on for a representative. They use Automated calling to sort through who will pick up and **** on so that the representative when freed up can get to the next person without them manually going down a list to call.

i just got the call from that number, theyve been calling my phone for a while now but most of the time its when im in school so i dont answer and they just leave a message and say at the end of the message, "this is an attempt to collect a debt, any information ***ned from this will be (blah blah i forget what it said after that, im pretty sure it was only a few words though)" a while ago when they called my mom had called them back and talked to them and found out it could have been because of the hospital bill i had, but which was like 2-3 years ago, which we paid off, and my mom had told them to stop calling my cell phone and they keep calling, i think they are mentally ******ed

Has called my cell phone 4 times over the past three days.  When I answer, no one says anything.  Just dead air.  I don't want to call the number back because I have no idea whom it is.
