A person named "Marvin" keeps calling from this number asking for my boss. He also asks for another number to reach him, which I refuse to give. I ask "Marvin" for a number where my boss can reach him. Of course he refuses and says, "I'll try back later." SCAM!

I went to www.legalshield.com/info/prs and singed up as a member and they wrote a letter for me and have not heard anything else.

We are going through the same thing, same Rorbert Cohen, he keeps on calling and sending us e-mails but when we respond to his e-mail's they come back as undeliverable!!!Nothing is in writting on paper with this company!!! They want us to send a settlement check over the phone and just believe that it will be settled.Very shady!!! We will not send a phone check! I am trying to reach him to let him know that we want written proof that Sage represents Advanta or it's successor. So far nothing! Anyone else has dealt with this company??? And? How did it ended?

Robert Cohen called me on 5/15 at 11:01 am stating he is calling on behalf of Advanta Bank. He said he is going to have his council in my state file an involuntary bankruptcy proceeding in the US Bankruptcy court a***nst my en***y (which is no longer active). He wants me to address this matter and told me to call him at: 866-757-7243 ext. ***. He called frim 856-773-4724.Advanta Bank increased my rate to 36% for no reason and without ever informing me in writing 2 years ago. When I asked them why I was transferred to their "law" department. Then their so called lawyer actually yelled at me at the top of his lungs when I asked him why they raised my % and never informed me of this. When he was through with his temper tantrum he ***g up on me. This happened numerous times. I also wrote them a letter and never received a response.Advanta Bank are scam artists and need to be stopped.

Einstein that hasnt figured out about the FTC or being sued for defimation of character. File a complaint as soon as these people call your number to have their own local authoritys handle the situation without you lifting a finger

Absolute A**holes.  Do not trust a word they say.  They took on Advanta's debt.  Yes, Advanta!  The company who suddenly closed credit on its customers, were forced to shut down and could care less.
