Claimed to have a debt that needs to be settled and when I called them out on it they started threatening me and my family. Police report initiated.

An Indian woman with heavy accent had all my info and wanted to confirm them and schedule me for leg massage that I did not have to pay for and it will be paid for by my insurance. When I ask who has initiated this and that I do not trust her she said goodbye.

They called me and claimed to be from a law firm that had litigation against me for a medical bill from 2010. The person said his name was Jason Richardson. When I tried to get more information and requested a validation letter for the debt he immediately became agitated and threatened court and said he "hoped I have a good lawyer", then hung up on me. They had my full SS# (which I did not provide them). A friend of mine works in fraud prevention and when I told her about the call and tactics she confirmed it is a scam.

Only gave a first name, said he was from a lawyers office & a medical bill from 9 yrs ago was going to court, he was wrong on everything.

This # tried to say a bill of mine was going to court & how I would loose. The person was wrong on the bill. I'm sure they would try & say how you can pay it over the phone but I hung up.
