Claimed to have a debt that needs to be settled and when I called them out on it they s****ed threatening me and my family. Police report initiated.

An Indian woman with heavy accent had all my info and wanted to confirm them and schedule me for leg *****ge that I did not have to pay for and it will be paid for by my insurance. When I ask who has initiated this and that I do not trust her she said goodbye.

They called me and claimed to be from a law firm that had litigation a***nst me for a medical bill from 2010. The person said his name was Jason Richardson. When I tried to get more information and requested a validation letter for the debt he immediately became agitated and threatened court and said he "hoped I have a good lawyer", then ***g up on me. They had my full SS# (which I did not provide them). A friend of mine works in fraud prevention and when I told her about the call and tactics she confirmed it is a scam.

Only gave a first name, said he was from a lawyers office & a medical bill from 9 yrs ago was going to court, he was wrong on everything.

This # tried to say a bill of mine was going to court & how I would loose. The person was wrong on the bill. I'm sure they would try & say how you can pay it over the phone but I ***g up.
