It's a scam. I don't have Verizon and they asked for my 9 year old son saying he was late on his bill. I looked up customer service for Verizon and asked. They called the number while putting me on hold and said its a scam, not Verizon.

what bothers me is that its not even my phone that pays the bill and they call me at 3:00 a.m. every night

No scam just vw calling to inform you that you are late paying your bill

definitely VZ wireless call it back it will retrieve billing/past due balance info

Looking for someone not in my household. Furthermore, I have never been a customer of Verizon Wireless. I dumped VZ for my landline phone almost 2 years ago. I did not owe any money at the time I canceled.I think this wrong name is a trick to get you to answer to tell them it's the wrong name and ask them to stop. Once they you have on the phone, they do their pitch and rope you in.It could be a scam artist, which is not to preclude the possibility that VZ could be sponsoring the scam.

This is like the 3rd page I have posted to. Everyone seems in agreement that this is Verizon's debt collection service-bot auto-caller. I missed this months payment, and within 1-2 days, I s****ed getting calls from this number 2-3 times a day, and always with no VM. If you don't owe them money, or if you just don't want to be bothered, enter this number in your phone bank and set the ring tone to "silent", which is the next best thing to being able to block it.

It is Verizon wireless company. They said they were trying to reach someone else when I called back.

Anyone knows who calls from this phone number.
