So ****** collection agency calls. They just keep calling me.

Called my cell-very strange call ask for someone I've never heard of. They left a voice mail. said f I kept listening I was admitting I was the person, gave me 3 seconds to **** up. Hey wait, if its a voice mail how do they know if I ***g up or not!? The person was very hard to understand

I'm registered on the national do not call list AND STILL I received a call from these****holes! Spam **** boop-boop...

they have been calling me for a year it two threatening to garnish my wages and take my tax returns. I told them they have my blessings to do so, while at it, go ahead and put a lien on my property...instead they just keep calling...half of them can't even speak English properly. I think its a prison call center. ironically they claim they are from a law office, yet can't follow through on their threats.

Received a phone call 1 hour ago from some guy at patenaude & felix could not undertand what he was saying, After he was told the office managers name he want to verify employment on her and verify the company's mailing address which my receptionist didn't give that information to this person

I got a call from this number looking for a Jodi which is not me I told them they had the wrong number and the person (I couldn't tell if it was a man or a woman) told me the they have talked to Jodi before on this number. I told them that was impossible because this was a cell number and I've had it for 14 years. Shim did't believe me.

I get a call from them every couple of weeks..they are looking for a Cathy.  Sounds like some kind of call center because all I could hear was talking in the background.  How annoying!

This is a fraudulent call... seems to be a fishing scam... They said it's a mistake they called me, and that my number is not on the list... Number only, no ID..They are using an auto-dialer apparently, then switches over to a human being that said it was a mistake and to disregard.You'd think a law firm would not break the law by using an auto-dialer to wrong number.

I am getting calls from this company as well. They are rude and threatening to sue me and take everything I own.

What the heck?I just got my 6th call from these people, do they even check who they send these out to?I AM 16 YEARS OLD. I don't believe that I have any sort of debt.

Have been playing them at their own game...When they ask that you confirm your name and address tell them yes, then wait...When they ask you what it is, tell them that you will confirm it, but that you will not give it out over the phone to some muppet you have never met.They can not recite your address over the phone because of data protection therefore you get into this odd, perpetual argument of telling them that you will talk to them once you have CONFIRMED your address, but that you will not GIVE OUT your address over the phone.  It's funny as***** cause they really get mad with you.

This is most likely to a past due account with Capital One. Just a FYI - they will file a lawsuit a***nst you.

This "law firm" (collection agency) has been calling me on and off for a year. They are looking for someone who previously had my number and they have been advised of their error dozens of times. I finally spoke to Victor Pantenaude who defended the practice of harrasing me because "we get new collection accounts everyday with your number." I explained how annoying it was and that he should flag the number and STOP CALLING! Pantenaude was belligerent and rude. He seems to think he has a right to harass people, even if it isn't the person he intended on calling. If they call you in error, ask to speak to Victor Pantenaude. He seems to get particularly annoyed when you suggest that, although he may be a lawyer, he doesn't practice law, but is a glorified collection agency. He is an****hole!

I got a call from the **** there, he was not nice and laughed when i told him of the economic cr**** in California not to mention the World, he said too bad and when i told him that i had lost my job and am on the verge of moving into my car, he laughed a***n and said he couldn't wait to see me in court so he could laugh in my face.

They will sue you if you don't take the calls. They left me a bunch of voice mails on my cell phone that I never answered and sure enough they served me with papers on a Sunday while I was in my front yard talking to my neighbor. Problem here is they are suing me for a Company debt from a company I used to work for that went bankrupt. when I was employed there I had a company credit card issued to me by the owner of the company. I guess they can't get anything from the company so they are chasing all the additional card holders.......

This is a law firm that does final collection calls prior to taking legal action. Pantea**** & Felix will be the law firm that sues you on behalf of the credit card company.

Phone rang but didn't answer; didn't recognize ID. This is a great website I found sear****g for the phone number on Google. I've answered the phone previously for bill collectors like this and it turns out they are looking for someone with the same last name but not related. Most likely I'll ignore these guys in the future.

Got this call on my cell phone. I did't answer and they did not leave message.

The company is "Pantenaude & Felix" a collection company representing them selfs as a Legal firm.

Called my cell and left no message.

I'd like to add that the call contacted my personal cell phone, not my house number.

I just got a call from this number too, but I picked up instead of waiting for a message. I said "Hello?" and received no answer. After sixteen seconds, w***ver (or whatever) was on the other line ***g up. I called them back-- there was no dial tone, and my call was disconnected after sixteen seconds. Weird.

Left very fast unclear message. From someone named Ivan well he did say his name clear. To contact a law office. For someone who I do not know or care. But all the same just wanted to add to the list of, harassing calls for the the public to view. Please do not give them the time of day!!!!!!Also asked to call 800-832-7675. IF THEY KNEW HOW TO DIAL A PHONE CORECTLY I MEAN DIAL THE WRIGHT NUMBER AND LEAVE A MESSAGE A PERSON COULD UNDERSTAND. WELL YOU KNOWWHO EVER YOU ARE BITE ME!!
