Some individual called my cell phone and said they were from san diego CA and said they were from some attys office and said they were filing 3 criminal charges a***nst me and they were wat****g me via online and repeated my web address to me. he said his name was mark or so****ing. It freaked me out and once he s****ed reading the information to me he said to not itterupt him . Then when i said no i didnt have any money deposited into my account and then he ***g up. This was the number 6193423731. We called back and he said you will lose your job and the sheriff will be there to pick you up in the morning.

I received 3 calls from this number at 7 am this morning 714-006-600 stating similar things to everything that has been posted above. I have a 3 month old baby so obviously having this type of call wake her up at seven was extremely distressing. I called back the number recommended 510-355-9808. The man that answered said his name was Alexander and said that I owed Instacash.USA some amount of money which I knew couldn't be true because I have never taken out a loan. They threatened to contact my employer. i told them to go ahead I had nothing to hide or be ashamed of. Then he ***g up on me. I am furious and if anyone knows how to get a hold of an address for these people please let me know.  This is by very definition.... VERBAL HARASSMENT and I demand that the powers that be do so****ing about this situation.

This Alexander Davenport called and stated that my son owed money.  That he was a attorney, but the # was 1 760 282 0260  states he is in California. Gave Case # for Superior Court of California.

A Kevin Petterson left 4 voicemails in one hour.  Then he proceeded to call my job and told the receptionist this is a true emergency.  I called the man back and when I asked how much do I owe and to whom, he refused to tell me.  He claims a company pressed charges on me and the case file was emailed to my email address.  I'm a 25 year old female and I freaked.  I used to have credit problems, but got back into shape.  So I thought "o maybe I do owe money" He told me I must provide my visa and write a notarized letter.  I told him I don't have time for a notary today and he told me its ok just fax the letter anyway.  I called the BBB and was told the guys number doesn't come up.  Its most likely a collection agency, not a law firm!  She said they must tell you specifically what company is looking for money and if I was sued I must received it in writing, not through email.  I cancelled my bank account and reopened a new one.  The man also told me my supervisor was going to jail as well and they would call my job to tell them what a thief I am.  Even if I do owe money, which I don't believe I do how do these people get away with this.  I'm nervous they will call my job and harrass people I work with.  Anymore advice email me at [email protected].

I received a call at my job to call Chris White back first thing in the morning, upon calling back that morning I spoke with Alexander Davenport because he claim Chris White was not in.  He stated that I had taken a payday loan out in December 2008 and did not repay it, he said I had to write a letter to the Federal Legislation explaining that I was not aware of this situation but was willing to settle it out of court by paying a large sum of money by 0100 oclock Friday or I will be going to jail in California.  He became irate when I said I have a double bachelor degree in criminal law and criminal justice and I will investigate this matter.  He said look I am a well known lawyer here in California and I am trying to help you out if I dont receive the money by 0100 Friday you will be going to jail.  I said ok what ever and then I contacted the BBB only to find out this is a scam,these people are computer hackers, hacking into your computers and getting all your personal information.

I got a call from this man that calls himself Alexander Davenport on August 22 at like 10:30AM. He said so****ing about I took out a payday loan that was supposedly fowarded to Meta Bank. He said that I owed $89,000 and then read me some bogus avadavit. He also said so****ing about I will be served my court papers on Wednesday or Thursday and that I need to be home to receive it. I'm like 1st of all, I NEVER TOOK OUT A PAYDAY LOAN, and 2nd YOU CAN'T HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN FOWARDED TO A PRE-PAID DEBIT CARD!!! So, I reported it to the DA's office, put a fraud alert on my SSN, and I'm currently looking for an attorney. I also called the number back like 3 times and got 3 different names, even though it was the same person.

On Thursday, Aug 20th, I received a call from an Attorney named "Jenny Smith" w/a heavy Indian accent informing me to pay $900 bucks for an online loan I supposedly took out or they will take me to the Superior Court of California!   I asked her what company do I owe this money to.  Of course they would not tell me, and "Jenny Smith" told me to write an affidavite to pay and noterize it within an hour.  Be careful, this is their way of sealing the scam deal.  Do not Fax Anything.  They also want a Credit Card and or a Debit card!  NO, DO NOT GIVE!  Legitimate collection companies ask for checks and tell you who you have to pay!  She gave me a number to call back (858)248-4816 and a fax number (858)435-7639.  This is a San Diego area code!  She repeated my social security number, my references and where I bank!  Scary!  They gave me a case number which my own Attorney informed me that it was a bogus one.  I was not served, or received a letter to appear in court.  I reported them to the Federal Trade Commision, and Called the Secret Service!  Report these bogus scamers to the authorities.

this guy named jack taylor called my place of employment. he harassed my co-worker demanding to speak to me. this person could not tell me what number they had called for and they also said that they have an  addavalt aganist me for $1500.00. they claim I took out a loan and that it was deposited into my bank account. this is not true. I never applied for a pay day loan and my bank never received a payment for$1500.00 from any such place. this is nothing but a scam to extort money from people and refuge to let these people get away with it. I will be filing charges a***nst them!

Ok so I just called this number back, and he answered with "dean jones"

I got tons of messages from these guys. "Alex Davenport" said I took out a payday loan and never paid. I have NEVER taken out a payday loan, and that I am going to o to jail in california. Thank god I found this website!

they told me the same thing i said just fax the information to my lawyer they said thank you and ***g up in my face! its sad that our information is so easy to get

they only called me once said all the same stuff. now me and my wife cont. to call but they always **** up bacause they dont like what i tell them. i will keep calling until they show up at my door like they said they would to deal with me and r** my wife. or until i find them. i will fly across the world

These people have been calling saying they are from FAA and im being sued.  last night they told my husband he was a mother "F"er and he was going to **** my husband, three children and whole family.  He says his name is neil jones or dean jones.  i have called the better business bureau and attorney generals office to file complaints.  the calls are ridiculous
