Leave a CommentBasically same phone call as all of the above only in Ohio. Gave them all the information and so****ing didn't sound right. When they called me back with conformation number questioned whose name would I see on my account and told them I had contacted the payday company they said they were collection for and they knew nothing about them. By the time I got to the bank within minutes of this last call they had deducted the money and credited back. I canceled my Credit Card.
hello i just wanna say that the same thing happened to me with my account i went to go withdrawl money from my account and money was taken from my account. the money was taken from dtech eolution i never heard from this company in my life please try to get these people so that it doesnt happen a***n to no one.
On Aug 18 i received a call from a Den Wilson with an agressive phone call telling me i made a payday loan that i didn't pay back and my case was sold to them. Also that the police will come to my house to arrest me and take me to court. They gave me enough information for me to believe them. So i gave them my debit card and the apology letter like they ask for. Hoping to smooth the matter over. On my bank statement the company is called DTECH EVOLUTION. Afterward for the next two weeks I received phones at work from them but supposedly "3 different" people. A Harvey Vrown, Steve Austin, and the famous Mitch Cyrus which we all know now. There is supposedly a judge named Jason Dasvy who is in the same office. Warning the number that is attached to their name on my bank statement is disconnected which is (209)721-8909. I made a mistake of giving my info to them without doing my part and research them first. If you have any questions about them.I'll be glad to respond to the best of my ability at [email protected]
This is a scam. This is being operated out of a call center somewhere overseas. These people have hacked some database somewhere and have access to your information. I've yet to discover where they got the information from (for all I know it could be multiple sources), but they've got everything on you. Your name, address, phone number, bank account numbers, Social Security number, lists of previous employers, and even records on YOUR CHILDREN.They are calling you claiming that you were issued a loan and that you are past due and that you need to take immediate action otherwise they will have police at your door within one hour to extradite you to California for a trial.THIS IS A LIE.They are using scare tactics to disarm you and get you to agree to what they're telling you.So far, I have heard two different stories. One of which is where the caller asks you to wire the money immediately to their account, in which case you just sent your hard-earned money to some scammer and have no way of ever getting it back ever a***n. The other story is where the caller tells you that you need to write an apology letter (they actually tell you what to write, word-for-word), have it notarized, and fax it to them.DO NOT FAX THEM AN APOLOGYBy faxing them an apology, you are ADMITTING GUILT. When you give them this letter, you are legally pleading guilty to any crimes they claim to be charging you for, at which point they CAN take you to court, and they have a confession letter from you that you cannot defend yourself from in court. When you call this number from a home/cell phone, they seem to pick up within a few rings (no recording or anything). If you call from a 1-800 number (I called from work), they do not pick up.Make sure that everybody you know is aware of this. Do not give these people any information. Do not agree to anything they request from you. Above all, remain calm. They may sound scary, and they are, but remember that they have no legal ability to arrest you or sue you as long as you refuse to cooperate with them.

I received the same phone call at my work from a man named David who said that i was going to be arrested for frauding the US government for unpaid payday loans. I to was also directed to a Mitch Cyrus with a foreign accent and almost everyone i talked to had a foregin accent. the number now that i have been calling is 310-598-1769. I want to know have i been conned? please someone get back to me at [email protected]
These people called my daughter's workplace and gave them her bank account information and social security number. They told them that she was due in California in court at 11 am the next day. On calling them back, there was a man with a foreign accent, who said he was attorney Mitch Cyrus. I informed them that they were commiting a felony punishable with prison time, and they said they were prepared for that. ***zen and bold, I hope they get caught and punished.
these call are for unpaid pay day loans, no you cannot go to jail for them, also if they are calling your work send them a certified letter and state that it is a***nst the law to call a business for collection purposes more than once or it is considered harassment per California state law.
