Caller left a threatening message at my work on a phone I don't answer.I'll be calling my Pre-Paid Legal Attorneys soon ..very soon. "Michael Patrick" left a message when I called to find out what the story was he said I was being charged for some Banking fraud under the "Federal Legislation Statute"?? I bet they act as "attorneys" and it's my GUESS they are out to reach some "out of court settlement"  involving paying a "fine". Anyone want to bet.The "lawyer" used a different name

Is totally a scam. They calling my cell and now my work. There have been databank security breaches that have allowed these people to obtain large amounts of personal information.I am instructing anyone that answers a call from "mike patrick" or an 858 # for me to very politely tell them I am in a meeting with my attorney and to please hold the line.  Right before putting them on hold say "we are advised to inform you that this call is being recorded and traced for****ential use in an investigation by the federal authorities".   Then punch the hold ****on immediately and leave them there until they **** up.  Do not stay on the line for the abusive responses that these people are leaving.
