i was contacted by john brown stating i had a payday loan i didnt pay for in the amount od 300.00 and that i needed to send 989.39.  They also said that there was a warrant out for me and i needed to get an attorney.  someone needs to find out who they are.  A female with a heavy accent leave me constant voicmails.  When i call today a man with an accent who c****ed his name (the 10 times i called him)

I also have rceived calls from three different numbers pertaining to this Finanacial Accountability****ociation.  They wanted my attorney's number, so I gave it to them and told them I was turning them over to the Attorney General's office.  Thye want my attorney to call them.  I told them they have my attorney's number they can call them.  They have my personal information and work information also.  I could get fired.  I think maybe the homeland security office needs to look into this.

DO NOT DO IT> they are a fraud. Please do not listen to their story. They told me the same thing but they wanted 945.35 from me as well as a faxed letter admitting that I owed them money and that I was intending on paying with my credit card. They also told me they had to have my debit or credit card number immediately or they could not even "hold the case" the length of time that it would take me to fax the info.

I believe I've been contacted by a fraudulent collection agency called Federal Regulators of Unsecured Loans****ociation.  They threatened me with a warrant for my arrest and will be serving me with a supenae for the State of California unless I paid them $745.35.  I told him that I didn't know what he was talking about as I've never been contacted by anyone regarding arbatration, etc., which goes with the unsecured loan settlement.  I was told by Dean Jones to have the money or else.  Need to know asap as I believe he has hacked into my computer.

I was called and told that I was being sued by the State of California for an unsecured internet loan and that a Suponea was going out tomorrow for my arrest.  I needed to pay 745.85 today to settle OOCR as this was  being downloaded into the computer tonight and the warrant for my arrest will be going out tomorrow.  Is this legitimate?

A Dean John from the Financial Accountability****ociation called me saying I had a pay day loan of $300 that was delinquent and that I owed a total of $945.35 that is including interest.  He said I would be facing jail time it I did not do what he said.  What the crazy thing is that I would be in court in California when the loan was supposedly made in Honolulu.  This person had also all of my personal information which is very alarming.
