Received four calls over 2 weeks, finally Googled to figure out. I answer and there is silence on the other end.

It is a San Diego school board member "urging you to vote for Scott Barnett".

Just got a second call in two days. Some type of election campaign.

I've received calls from 858-586-9584 three times with no one on the other line.  This time I didn't reply and just waited.  I received a campaign message on behalf of Scott Burnett who is evidently running for the school board.  I hope this will end the calls since I consider recorded calls like this to be a real intrusion........I will not be voting for him.

Just got hit up a few mins ago by this number.  This is the third time in about a week I've gotten a call from this number.  All at about the same time. Upon answering I hear someone for a beat then they **** up.

i haven't lived in san diego for over a year, but somehow i've just recently been receiving calls from this number. ***??

Same here. I get the calls from this number mid-day on weekdays, once or twice a week, for the past several weeks. It always is a dead line when I answer; it doesn't leave a message for me when I don't.

Same here, I've been getting a call from that number also.  I called it back and got the message that this number is no longer in service.  Strange.................
