Called twice no message

I didn't recognize the number when it came up so I ignored it.they didn't leave a msg so I cam here and saw the comments so I figured there was no point in calling the number back.

I didn't recognize the number so I let it go and came here to run it. After seeing the comments, I decided not to answer until they left a message. They have called back 5 times in 3 hours, but still no message.

I've seen this number before and every time I return the call I get a looped message: "Thank you for calling [pause] all of our agents are busy." I saw another call come in today, and picked up quickly to hear someone say my full name then **** up. It's absolutely creepy and annoying.

When the phone is answered, there is silence followed shortly by a dead line. If the number is called back, a message is played stating "Thank you for calling Phone Debt, our working hours are..." even during said hours. I don't owe money to any business or person, and have no idea who this "Phone Debt" is.

Got a call from this number. A tone sounded then nothing.

Missed a call from this number.
