Courtney contacted me in regards to a past due debt I had through Comenity Bank in regards to a Victoria's Secret credit card. I paid the debt in full and it was removed from my credit report 3 months later.

Claims I owe so****ing but couldn't prove anything. Says I owe over 1,000 and if I don't pay they'll see me in court

That I am being sued and want to schedule a time for me to be served.
