Yes, this is spam. They left a voicemail and the number to callback said it was disconnected.

Got a call from this number.  I could not hear the message but it sounded like a recorded message.  I called the number back and got a message stating that "All circuits were busy".  This was on June 14, 2011.

Received a call from this number several times this week.  Tried to call it back twice and the message says All circuits are busy or the line picks up and has no sound.

Yes, received a call from this number, it actually somehow had aquired the name of my company and asked for someone to call back and press option #3 - when dialed  got a recording that said this number is no longer in service.

I was called from the same number over the weekend (02/14-16) and today (02/17). Apparently, it's a scam. The number shows as belonging to Union Bank on my caller ID. The recorded message directs you to 800-405-1102 where you hear another recording that asks for your SSN and other personal information. Also, beware of calls from 323-720-2000 and a recording that also claims that it's a Union Bank number. A Union Bank manager in San Diego said none of these numbers belong to the bank and cautioned a***nst giving out any personal information. I called 858-874-1964 and got a recording that said all circuits were busy.

Any Ideas?  I missed the call and all the voicemail says is press option...
