They listed the Camry in 20+ different states and once you reach out on Facebook market place they tell you to send a personal email To Melissa the seller. I’m****uming the older gentleman page is hacked and “Melissa” is using it to get to people . Be careful

This was an email in response to a car I seen on fbook marketplace. 2004 Honda civic ex 86,000+ miles, she is using the dead husband and military as excuse to say car will be delivered and through eBay motors

I was buying a 1998 Chevy Silverado with low mileage, because she was leaving for Medical service with the army overseas and didn't want to keep paying for insurance and storage for the truck her husband was using before he passed 4 months ago.

Emailed...only $800 for a Tacoma who her late husband loved. She was in military and gave Ebay permission to handle the sale, Ebay Motors. Thankfully I came across this info and hope it helps someone else who they are trying to scam.

Same as above. Thought I was buying a car and when I got the invoice asking for gift cards as payment I s****ed digging further. Glad I did

That I was buying a 98 chevy for ****ut then another 600 for insurance. Then I canceled because they wanted another 400 for boarder fee. I had even threatened with an attorney and they still convinced me it was not a scam so they put with alot harassment from me to convince me they weren't a scam

They impersonated an email from Ebay pretending to be from " Ebay Motors".

That they were going to ship a vehicle to me free that would be purchased with gift cards. The vehicle, a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder for $800, is posted on Facebook Market Place

Paying for a fake advertised package. It wasn’t sold by nor the company at all

Scamming on eBay as Motor support contact number. Has eBay invoice and order numbers to be paid by EBay gift cards. Pictures of ad item and seller email address****ociated with eBay account

As eBay support employee Sam Ward gave 12 hour extension on payment and added that if it wasn't corrected by that time he could extend 12 more. Using seller name of Helenwmitchell.comcast.com and gmail.com both.B
