Assistance they said but didn’t provide any kind of information about them. Just kept asking about my name

I refused to verify my iden***y when they asked for my name because the person calling didn't identify themselves or provide any context for their call. When they offered to give me their callback number instead of identifying themselves, it only reinforced that giving away my personal information would have been unwise.

They were a****istance program and they couldn’t give much more information other than wanting to confront full name

Asked if I was so and so which I said YES to cause they woke me up and I wasn't thinking
