I receive many calls that begin with 859-217. This must be a spam setting as all of these are unknown callers and leave no message. Why can't these numbers be traced and stopped? Why are these robocalls not a crime and why can't the ***ociated companies be stopped? Putting one's number on the "Do not call list" does not help.
