If a Verizon Wireless customer is five days late on a payment, they call you, then **** up immediately upon someone answering the phone. They do this to get you to them call back. The solution to this abuse from Verizon Wireless is to pay them off, then CANCEL their service as soon as you are out of contract with these criminals.
