I received the same message saying that a charge of 459.95 had been made to my paypal account, but I don't have a paypal account. My bet is that this is an attempt to get info on my bank info which they will claim that they need to return the money.

I received an email with purchase notification information for an Apple iPad for $459.95 made through PayPal. I did not order anything. This number was listed to call if there was a problem. Pretty sure this is just to try to get your account information from you.

I was sent an email saying my card was charged $433.62 for Apple Watch and call this number if I didn’t want my card charged. I didn’t make a purchase for Apple Watch and my card did not get charged but suspect they want you to call so they can get your info.
