Numerous calls a week. how do I get off of the call list?

Does anyone know what this is about??

I have gotten at least 5 calls from them and it's really annoying and I want them to stop!!!!!

when I answer, no-one talks, if answering ma****e answers, they speak my first name and **** up. I have no idea what this is all about, but get calls from this number at least once a week and sometimes more. I have tried calling back to this number and get a recording that all representatives are busy, and if I want my numbere removed then I must give zip code and number, but I cannot talk to a real person to do that. This is really iritating.

I keep getting phone calls from 859-904-1392. No one is on the telephone. I have called that number back and just get an automated response. I have pushed 0 and asked to be put on a No Call list. Help!

I have received a ton of calls over the past few days from various area codes. I have gotten real people twice when answered. They ask for Alex somebody; and I tell them I am not him and I want the calls to stop. When I talked to this representative they claimed to be with National College or so****ing.
