has anyone figured out who this is... 411.com says it's a # from Alexandria KY which is not far from me but no address or name... ***ody ever answers when they call or you call them.

I get calls from this number several times a day on my cell phone.  I answered one time and I had to wait for a "representative" and then when I asked who he was and why he was calling me, he rudely said "Why are you yelling?"  I then ***g up but he keeps calling!  Does anybody know who this is?  I know the 859 prefix is Lexington, KY.

2 calls in the same day for some mysterious "Rodger", they said they would remove me and then called back

I got a call today on my cell phone.  Does anyone know who it is?  I tried to call it back, but it just asks to stay on the line, and ***ody answers.  It doesn't give a name either.
