I'm pretty sure that this is the Kentucky fraternal order of police. They call people who've recieved traffic citations/moving violations for donations...don't give them anything because once you do they will continue to call you in the future.
This number continues to call my home and never leaves a message.
Calls at least once a day. Sometimes 3 or 4 a day. After months of calls I answered today. Gentleman was rude when I told him I didn't want to donate.
