User called said her name was Rose. AT&T came up on my caller ID. Rose was pretending to be an employee. Said AT&T was offering a 30% discount plus a free gift. Next day I rec’d a new Galaxy Z Fold 7 phone, but I had to send it right back to her for her to activate it. Of course she claimed box was empty and I kept the phone so she billed it to my account. Then I rec’d an iPhone, same thing, send it back right away but I didn’t send it to her so she billed me for that one too. This has been going on since Sept. 10 and I’m still working with AT&T to get everything taken off my account. BIG SCAMMER!!
