Someone identifying herself as Tara has been using this phone number for the purpose of conducting online scams. She claims to be a student at ******ia Commonwealth University in Richmond, ******ia. However, upon discovery, she also has claimed -- accurately or not -- to be an underaged minor. If encountering her, or anybody else using this number (certainly subsequent to online contact), proceed with extreme caution and prejudice.
