They called me and i called back and get a busy tone.

Called on 6.14.2020. The phone rang three times then rung off.

Recvd a call 7:18pm looking for me using a name I haven't legally gone by in 7 years stating they needed to talk to me about the member of the household who had diabetes. Asked who they were and how they got this number, the girl fumbled with the phone and got me Supervisor named Clifford who said either a family member or loved one completed a survey online and put my name down, and that they verified the information and placed the call to me. I asked who completed the survey, and how did they verify information. Clifford was very rude wouldn't answer any questions and ***g up. Tried calling back and number is out of service????
