It really is Konica Minolta in Windsor, CT.  Not a scam.  It is the number that shows up on all outgoing calls.  If you don't report your meters, your bill will be incorrect.

I show it's a radio station in CT!  They identify themselves as as for a meter reading, but this is one of the oldest scams in the book and for 2 years have been told to fax a request when they need the meter reading...  they say they  don't have our fax number on file.  "Michelle" keeps calling, and calling...!
