I got the same call, they didn't want to identify themselves.

Called cell phone but I did not answer: left no message. Turned off caller ID and called back - claimed it was a survey call and apologized for inconvenience.

Called me and ***g up instantly. I called it back and got a computer saying they are conducting a survey and they're sorry if it was an inconvenience.
