S****ed receiving calls from this number today.These are folks who want you to think they are here to help with your mortgage refinancing.Caller ID ONLY says Manchester CT.As usual - you are asked to "press 1" to speak with an agent . . . .There is also an option to "press 3" to be removed from their marketing efforts.I chose to "press 1" so that I could determine the name of the company that was calling *****at seems like a real simple and courteous thing dont you think ?So I asked the person that answered the phone what her name was - and she said "Mia".I asked her the name of the company and she said "This is the intake department."I said "THat's the name of the area you work in - I want to know the name of the company you work for."and she said, a***n "This is the intake department." - - - I said "I just want to know the name of the company that is calling me, why is this such a difficult question ?"  at which point she said "THank you, have a nice day."  - - - and ***G UP ! ! ! ! !Now - why do you suppose ANYONE in business would be calling and would  N O T  want to tell you  who they were ??????????Think about it !!!!!Caller: Manchester CT
