Once - I answered and there was actually a person - they knew my name AND THE LAST FOUR NUMBERS OF MY DEBIT CARD!!!  This is an unlisted phone!  I told them I don't have a credit card and ***g up.  They have also called from 2711.  All the ID says is Hartford Connecticut.

1 860-899-2710  This # number calls a grade school child 5 to 7 times a day along with another 1 800-613-1802.

Could they call anymore for goodness sake.  This numbers calls me 2x a day.  When I pick it up it says to push a number to NOT receive the calls anymore.  I'm afraid it's some scam and when I push "3" it will go to some weird country and I'll get a zillion dollar phone bill in 2 months!!!!

if these f***ing poeple call me a***n - I'm going to do a reverse look up and stand outside their office with a bullhorn screaming "I am a ****ty direct marketing company -- We sell used 13yr old girl ******s"....Wait, What?

This number keeps calling me and when I call back, I get a recorded voice that gives me the option to be taken off their list, so I follow the promps. They tell me it takes 24 hours. Well, it's been past that and they're still calling. I tried a***n and same thing. They just don't follow through and won't leave me alone.

This number calls me at least 3 times a day, and I have answered a couple of times and I get nothing.  So I ignore it everytime now.

This number has been calling me on my cell phone, once everyday. I ignore and it doesn't leave a message!

I receive almost daily calls from this and four other numbers ascribed to APP CONSMER SRV.  Each caller leaves a message with a 4-10 second snippet of a recorded message -- I can't even tell what it's about except that so****ing is "significantly lower than the national average".  (I would say that's their respect for consumers.)My voice service lets me forward callers selectively by origin phone number.  I have these five numbers forwarded to the FTC's National Do Not Call List at 1-888-382-1222.60360649127152540300812962448586089927108608992711They should be reported at http://donotcall.gov/
