Sound like a scam by the foreigners

Didn't answer but must have been annoying

Everytime I get a call from this number, i pick up and they just **** up. I call back and it gives u the option to put your number in to be put on their do not call list. I put my number in thinking i wont get anymore calls from them. They continue to call me at least 10 times in one hour. Come on now! Is there a way to report this as harassment?...It is really aggravating me...smh

FIRST I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE, CLAIMING I WON A $100.00 DOLLAR GIFT CARD TO WALMART STORE. THIS WAS ( 3 ) DAYS AGO ??? NOW SOMEBODY CONTINUES TO CALL ME FROM THIS NUMBER @ LEAST ( 7 ) TIMES A DAY ????

Spam. Calls won't stop, I finally answered. It was a foreign sounding man. Kept on asking how are you. I told him to stop calling, I do not take solicited calls. I'm sick of these calls!

Don't answer this call! I told them I was on the do not call list and requested that they remove me from their list and to stop calling immediately, the guy on the other end was incredibly difficult to understand and wouldn't shut up and then said I love you???!!! ***.

Called my cell 12 timeson 6/12/12. Man would speak broken English and told me my number was picked to win ***dreds of dollars. I told them 3 times to stop calling me and they finally did at 7pm. I had to shut off my phone. Unbelievable.
