Got a call at 6:30 am PST but the ringer was off so we never heard it and didn't wake up. BUT, this is one of several numbers that have been calling us for reasons that sound similar to this one. We have posted the other numbers as well. This is a very new automated scam and seems like they are able to mask their number so you don't know what the real number is. Even Verizon (or other carrier) doesn't seem to know what the real number(s) are that these calls are coming from. Email all your friends and tell them to beware of this new scam. Really, its your parents and grandparents who will most likely get beat by this. Make sure they know!

Got a call Friday night at 10:33 p.m. and didn't answer.  Just googled it and found this out.  FRAUD

THIS IS FRAUD!!!  IF YOU GAVE OUT YOUR INFO DO NOT HESITATE TO CXL CARD!   Just called Verizon and it a prepaid cell phone out of Morris Town NJ.  Nothing they can do except report it to their fraud department...  How many people will get scammed by this before we can shut them down...  I tried to get one of the alleged credit union operators to pick up by randomly inputting #s, but it eventually just ***g up on me!  RIDICULOUS!

I just got a call from this same number, with the same message.  It freaked me out at first, because it was midnight and what company would call me about that this late at night?It sounded like they were almost saying the name of a company that my parents have loans through (I'm just a student), but luckily I thought it was a scam, so I ***g up.  The exact name is 'blitzed out' by the call 'cutting out' which I thought was fishy... this is creepy.

Voice automated, said they were so and so Credit Union and had a problem due to a third party accessing my account, then asked for my credit card number.

AUTOMATED CALL FROM CREDIT UNION WANTING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER.  i ***G UP.

I got a call from this number as well....the automated caller said that my account from "blanky blank credit unioin"  couldnt understand would be closing my account because someone had unauthorized access to my account...it transferred me to another line where a automated request was made for my credit card # to be entered. I ***g up and called my credit unit to check this info and was told my account was fine and the call was most likely a scam. I called this # back and an automated voice says "Welcome" then you are transferred to hold with music playing.  A short while later I also got a call on my phone that was from # 234-5 that transferred me to hold where the same voice asks for your credit card #  THIS IS A SCAM

got a call from this number and said my account was opened by a third party. it tells me to press one to continue and more number to press, but i didn't do any of it. i tried to trace the call and the area code is in new jersey and it's a cell number. i also tried to call the number and it's just a greeting and then followed by a music like you're on hold.

Fraudulent call. Claims to be Tyndall Credit Union.
