Probably international scam.
I got a call from this number and I could not understand a person. I asked him what he was wanting and he told me he was calling from Federal department couldn't quite understand. I called him a liar and a thief and he said F you b****. He keeps calling me I'm different numbers private and identified.

Who is this and what do they want? What's the point of spamming if all you really want to do is aggravate people??
The number, 862-824-52253 spell out 'UNAVAILABLE', which is what the caller ID sees. In other words, you aren't seeing their number and can't get their number. And it's highly irritating.
Got my second call within several days. S****ed out . . . . If you are ___________ (it was blank) please press "0" Automatically disconnected after a few seconds. Tried to call back to learn who it was and message stated # was disconnected or c****ed.
