Over the pass few weeks I have been getting phone calls from 1 862 902-5129 claiming to have my name and social security number on their files. I wish theses folk nothing but bad fortune as they are a pain in the ****.

She called me on a Sunday afternoon.   The call went like this....."THIS CALL IS BEING RECORDED........"   then she asks for me by name.  Claims she's a contracted company to collect a debt for the U.S. Dept. of Education Student Loan.  She said the full amount is due now.  When can you pay $108,000."   I said....."are you kidding me?"  Have you heard we're in grave economic times?   I barely can make it on what I have ........Then she threatened me with litigation.  OOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....last time I checked I own nothing.   Not sure how that will help a collection agency whose paid pennies on the dollar to collect this loan.  Which by the way has a prin****l amount of about $30k.  The rest is interest.  I've tried to negotiate with them over the years to make payments on the prin****l and not the interest and they won't budge.   The debt is 18 years old and they keep calling and sending letters.  They never go away.    Best thing you can do is send them a Cease Communication letter until they sell your debt to another collection agency.  Welcome to the merry-go-round.   It would be nice if President Obama would give amnesity to student loan debtors.    Give us an opportunity to rid ourselves of this shame by paying down the original prin****l only and do some community service work.    If you're listening Mr. President......help us get out of this ditch we're all stuck in.  All we wanted to do was get a good education.  No one anti****ted we wouldn't be able to utilize our degrees when we finished graduate school.    We have professors driving cabs in my city.    America...land of opportunity and creditors that never go away.

They called to offer to set me up a student loan repairment plan but they wouldn't wait 30 days for me to s**** so the s****ed bullying & threatening me if I didn't give them my bank info over the phone. After they got so aggressive, I am wondering if that is even a legitimate en***y of the Fed. Student Loan Program.

This number is one for Pioneer Collections...If you have a defaulted student loan, this is why they're calling...

I keep getting messages on my ma****e for "Sheryl".  These people keep calling and I have repeatedly told them they have the wrong number.  They have to "verify the address", which is also wrong.  They continue to call after being asked not to.  They also call from 800-609-0274.  How can we stop this madness?  The caller acts like I am lying!  I don't even know a Sheryl!

I received a message from this number stating that her name was Stacy S. and she wanted me to call her back- I had been used as a reference and she wanted to verify things with me, and then she gave me another number to call her back at. Last week I was called by 845-782-6759 where they said I had won a free vacation and a 1000 grocery card. This place said they got my information from a bridal expo that I had went to a few days before these calls s****ed. ****s that they give out all of your info to anybody.

got a call from 718-475-3725 then about an hour later got a call from 862-902-5129, I think the first number is a colection agency for school loans. They may be related.

Received a call on my home and cell.  I have no idea who it is.

They called my cell phone, but no one left a message.  This is the second time they have called me.  A few minutes later, they called my house phone but still no message was left.

Get calls from this number frequently.  This morning I got a call that is the washington office?  Odd isn't it?  I don't know of any washington office in Arkansas.  Other calls asking for different people, I don't know.
