They calling saying that I would be charged $299 to $499 for continued service on my laptop. The one time I did answer, I told them I no longer have a and they hung up on me but continue to call. Next time they call I will answer as Atlanta Police dept and see how fast they hang up.
It was difficult to understand the message except something about I would have to pay a fee - for what I do not know. A ref flag immediately went up that someone is trying to compromise my phone and/or computer.
Could only hear a portion of message. Said 499.99 would be deducted from our account. Dial 1 for a refund or call this number. Same number showed on caller I'd but I was unable to call as verizon said it was not available.
Wanted a call back.
Left a message but didn’t hear what company they claimed to be. Said I would be charged unless I called to cancel...
Said my account would be debited $499 tomorrow if I didn't talk to one of their people. I've had this same call before and no existing account of mine has ever been debited.
I did not answer. They left voice mail for me to call.
