I received a call from this f_ _king idiot today, June 11,2009 at 6:11 in the morning! He/she/it(?) didn't answer. Maybe he/she is a pervert or so****ing and the call annoyed me so that's why I searched in the internet.That's how I found out that he annoyed a lot of people. go*** He's just someone who's got nothing to do. What a shame!

also got a call from this number today.  too bad i wasn't able to pick up as i was charging my phone.  it could have cost the other party $0.18/min (or fraction thereof) calling a philippine mobile number even when using a high-volume VOIP account.

received a call from 011-864-236-2783 around 6:00 pm (Philippine Time)..**** up when i answered.. called back but can't get through.culprits should be apprehended and appropriately punished.

I received a missed call from this number on November 11, 2008 @10.38 am. No messagewas left. Its very annoying. And people should think it cannot always be an Indian who is doing this. It can be anynody. I do have my relatives in US and Ca***a and i think it is being done by ssome international calling card.

called my cell phone 7/19/08 at 10:18am. Missed the call, no message left. This was annoying because I s****ed thinking about who could be calling me from overseas.

This number is so****ing to do with a Phone Card. wherein instead of a "0000" that come out in your caller ID, they made it appear as 864-236-27837. This particular phone card uses to call to any part of Asia as well as any other country.there are times that when this number could not get through such as dead air, static and dialed a***n using same phone card that has been used (same ***nd) it would automatically end up showing in your caller ID as "0000".I made my observation numerous times already since my family lives in USA and this happen all the time.I hope this will answer everything.

Got a call from the same number at 6:00pm Sunday June 1, 2008......was unable to get to phone, so googled the number and here you all are with the same thing. +86423627837 Has to be an international number..... + symbol on my caller ID always shows when it is from any my factories I deal with out of the country.BTW.....I have Sprint so I'm sure w***ver is doing the calling has some list they work from.

This guy with either an Indian or Middle Eastern accent called me Monday, May.19th, 2008 @ 1:55pm. He said I had been made eligible by Telus (my phone provider) for a free phone and a 3-year contract. Instantly I was skeptical and tried to go through several security questions of my own. I eventually ***g up, but I just thought to not take the chance of getting some bogus number on my bill when I get it, so I will be contacting Telus tomorrow as soon as possible.

I keep getting this number with an extra number calling me about once a week or so. 864-236-27837. No One talks. I have redialed it once and it said Verizon and ***g up??!!

This is the second time they have called me. I asked them to produce info about me and they couldn't of course. The indian on the line s****ed getting lippy with me...!!! Told them not to call back...that will work...ok,probably not.

This is yet another internet pharmacy scam using a caller ID s****er. Just pick up and cuss the indian male out and tell them not to call back.

I keep getting calls from these idiots claiming they are an online pharmacy.  They keep trying to sell me ******, *****, ****** and Ambien - all controlled substances.  I have even told them that they've reached the police department, but they asked if I wanted to buy the **** anyway.

I got the same thing.  Number keeps coming up on my phone around 9:30 a.m.  I answered the call once and heard silence.  It's upsetting that I can receive a call that is not even a proper number and can't call it back.  Is this some sick joke,  I receive this call about three times a week.  Most likely a telemarketers' auto phone system not working correctly, either way, it's annoying.  There is no (1) in front of the number, it just appears as 864-236-27837, too many digits.  If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be great.
