@Rodnil- Samsung does NOT have to comply with the Do Not Call Regulation if YOU have done business with them in the last 3-5 years.  If you wish to remove your name from their list you MUST send them a written notice via US Postal Mail to their Corp. Office.  That is the only way for them to stop calling you any other way.  And as far as not knowing who it is?  Clearly some of you had the number show up on your caller ID, when coming on here wondering who it was and getting all PO'd about it; why not just call it back; it clearly says Samsung North America when you call it.

Thanks for identifying this number as Samsung. I too had just had a service repair from Samsung and this number has show up on my home and cell phone several time in the past week with no message. I guess its their customer service. How annoying is that?

Called 12/1, 12/2, 12/3 - no message.  They must not have anyone else to call.  Have no idea what they want and clearly they are ignoring the Do Not Call Registery.

I had the same experience and later learned that the party is Samsung Customer Care operating out of Greenville, SC.  Don't know why they cannot leave a message when they get voice mail.  It would save a lot of confusion and frustration.

This is not a major complaint but a nudge to Samsung to be more sensitive to their customers.  I had Samsung service an appliance recently.  Several days later,I got a call from this number that came to my cell phone as "unknown", and I did not answer.  No messaage was left on my voice mail.  Curious, I--like many others--did some Internet sleuthing and discovered that the caller was Samsung Customer Care out of Greenville, SC. Up until this call, my experience with Samsung had been pleasant.  I don't know why they cannot leave a message when they get voice mail.  It would save a lot of confusion and frustration.

Just got a call from this number, did not recognize it I just hit ignore, no Voicemail left.

Calling asking for mailboxes etc - twice.
