I received a call from this number informing me of a bad debt with visa. I politely, and I mean seriously guys I was super nice about it, advised her that I was not aware of the debt she was talking about, I asked that she send so****ing in writing to my house so that I can review it for its legitimacy, and she responded,"I'll just mark that refusal to pay". I let her know that I work for a credit attorney and I wanted to give him a copy of the debt to review it, she said goodbye, and totally ***g up on me. When I called back, this guy answered the phone and he was super rude, I told him i just spoke with someone there. He said yes, you told them you work for a lawyer and you are no longer allowed to talk to our office. And then he ***g up on me too.

I got a call from the same number. He called me cell phone first which just listed the number. I didnt know who is was so I didnt answer it. Then about 5 minutes my house phone s****ed ringing from the same number and it said D Johnson. I had no idea who it was but figured that it must be important or someone that I knew since they knew both of my numbers. I said*****o a couple of times and when I was getting ready to **** up he said*****o. When I asked who it was and what they were calling for he kept asking if I was Shana -----. Which is my married name from a previous marriage. I told him it was and he got rude asking when I was going to pay him. What the***** are you talking about guy? I dont owe any money to anyone. I asked him who he was working for and that I wanted to talk to a manager and he said he was the manager. He told me that I got a payday loan in ******ia Beach and he wanted me to pay it now or they were going to take me to court. I told him that I have never got a payday loan and he insisted that I pay him. I told him that I thought he had the wrong person and I wanted to know some information on why he thought it was me. I asked what my birthday was and the last 4 of my social and he told me it was none of my busines. Really? Ok guy, I already know my information. Then he really s****ed going off then. I yelled---You are a scammer! Then I ***g up. Now he is calling from some 800 number. When I answered the phone and heard his voice I wanted to reach thru the phone and choke the ****** out of him. Still calling a couple times a day. I am glad that I found this and know for sure that its probably a scam.

Nothing, unless your phone has the block feature. It is illegal what they are doing. You can actually sue them about the manner. There may even be a class action suit a***nst them already.

got a call, answered to a woman on other end asking to verify my s.s.# I ask who is this , got put on hold to the rudest man in my life to come on and state personal info. and tell me that i have a debt of a cash advance from a place ive never lived in the amount of $400.00, but the amount has now accured interst so now is $741.00 I claim to not know what he is talking about he called me angry and very rude as he called me a liar, i ask him to send me a copy of the check and if it was mine i would try to get to the bottom of this matter, he tells me I'm not getting anything and am I freaking kidding him that I'm going to continue to run and hide. This is the first time I've ever heard of this matter and he refuses to send me anything now very very rude in his manner of speaking. What do you do about a manner of this sort?

I received a message from a woman on my voicemail for a person I do not know to return the call to 877-704-9458.  I had to call four times to speak to someone.  I spoke with a man who refused to give his name.  I told him I was simply doing a courtesy call because I was not familiar with the name the message was left for.  He asked if I was calling from the number that the message was left on and when I told him I was, he said he'd list it as a wrong number.  No other information was requested or given.  Twenty minutes later, I got another call...for the same person to call the same number.

Received a call from this number today- very rude man on the other end.  Would not ID himself or the company he was representing.  Wanted me to make arrangements for a debt that was well over 6 years old and that if I did not I would be "arrested."  How can I be arrested for a debt that is well beyond the statute of limitiations.  Then, when I refused to give him my bank account info, he ***g up on me.  Do they actually think these tactics work?  Has anyone ever heard of being polite.  It is amazing how much you can accomplish you are polite to someone.

He asked me to verify the last 4 digits of my social security number. I asked what the call was regarding. He said with all due respect he could not tell me. I said with all due respect I could not confirm after looking up the number and seeing all the complaints listed. He said he was trying to be nice but because I was being difficult he was sending me a summons to appear in court for a filing from a company called CASHNET. I have never heard of this company or used this company. Very rude and ***g up on me. Unbelievable.

We have been getting calls seeking an 'Amatto Paisano' or so****ing like that for the last five years. That person is not known to us. He has never even had this number. They refuse to stop calling.

I have had several calls from this number in the during the past month, did not answer, did a reverse search with la***ude and longitude to place it in Greenville, So. Carolina via a landline. Believe it is a zombie debt collection spam agcy located in ******ia Beach, Greenville and PA. I am on the Natl Do Not Call Registry so will s**** monitoring that they stop calling after 31 days and then will go after them with an FCC complaint. Also can complain to their BBB, Chamber of Commerce and anyone else you think of. Avoid direct contact. Just my take.

People from this number leave threatening messages, about some important matter that needs to be resolved. The message isn't even for me, they have my number wrong. But yet they leave messages threatening with****ault and that they'll "send someone" to take care of the situation. They also have left racial slurs.

They are with CRA, I called back but got incorrect number reponse. Did not say what CRA meant or type of company it was.
