They were unable to deliver a package and I need to call to reschedule or arrange for them to send package back to sender. Note: I've not ordered anything to be delivered.

They called my DIL phone asking for me, said it was an important personal matter. They called her using an 888 number, but gave her an 865 number for me to call back.

Call came from local 315 area code. First time gave the phone# and a ref code. Said I needed to call asap. Didn't call. Two days later another call from 315 area code. Gave me same # and ref code. Locator said the company wanting to locate me is an "issuing office" ......

The call came from a local 520 area code , said they were a locator service trying to find me to give me this 865 number to call, along with a reference number and they said that when I call the number they can give me further information.
