Keeps calling in rapid succession and doesn't say anything when we pick up

I apparently stayed in a resort and now have a exclusive opportunity to take a free cruise!

Phone never rang, only got a notification that there had been a call. Left no message. Called the number and got a recording that said so****ing about " the survey you are or were called about is no longer ......." I have had calls like this before and just keep blocking the number. They keep trying with other numbers, but the call never rings.
