This is a scammer that is working with some jamacan scammers they call telling you that you have won a prize of 1.6 million or a car or both they like to say that they are from the IRS and the car is insured buy GEICO. They are using google maps to talk as though they know your area. They have my ***her buy a green dot creidt card and give them the number on the card to vrify he did it and used the information on the card to pruchse items until the card was empted of the $1,000.00 it was purchased for.
