This person is correct it's Ladco leasing. They are horrible. Lost my business and they told me that they were going to go after me for $2k because the lease was 5 years. Told them I don't have any $ personally-*****o lost business! They replied "make sure that you list us as some you owe money to when you file for bankruptcy." never said I was filing for bankruptcy, I don't have $2k in my *****in back pocket. A**holes.... Agree with other person; avoid at all costs.

This is Ladco Leasing. I had a terminal through them on a 4 year contract. The terminal was sent back 2 years into the contract. Could not cancel the contract whether I used their service or not. The lease was up in August, 2008, but they continued taking money out of my account stating they did not receive it and told me to prove I sent it back. I cannot do that since a fire in my house destroyed pretty much everything I had. Very rude woman told me that I could pay it off or they would take money from my account for the rest of my life. So, at $58 a month for over 6 years I think it is more than paid off. Not to mention the FMV of the ma****e has been satisfied multiple times. If you are resear****g a CC ma****e service please think thrice and more before agreeing to terms with this company. Extremely unprofessional service and collections. I am marking this as unknown because they are none of choices given for call type. They are still trying to collect but are NOT a collection agency.

I don't know who they are or why they are calling my cell#. I don't own a business. So they need to stop calling and I am tired of the Elavon Employee's comments on all the sites where people are complaining about them calling. If they are legit why call all hours of the day and nite, and how do we not know that the Elavon Employee is legit? Doesn't seem to be much good to be on the Do Not Call list.

Have called 12 times in 3 hours, each time it is a fax tone. I have tried text messaging back, calling the number, AND faxing a message, and cannot get anything other than the beeping fax tone. So, this statement doesn't help me: If you dont own a business, next time they call just answer the phone and let them know that this is the wrong number. It will never be a recording. It will always be a person.

Got a call from this number at 6:45 AM. On my personal cell... Not my business number. What legit anything calls at 6:45 AM? And how did they get my personalcell?

Your wrong it is not solicitors. That number belongs to Elavon a merchant processing company. If you are a merchant who accepts payments through credit cards that is probably why they are calling. If you dont own a business, next time they call just answer the phone and let them know that this is the wrong number. It will never be a recording. It will always be a person. They will never try to sell you anything, they are just trying to get in contact with the merchant who has your phone number listed for a contact. Maybe the merchant hasnt updated there listings with Elavon. If you just let them know they have the wrong number listed they will remove you from that merchants account.

This call is from NOVA, we updated our company name and they provided me with a file for our credit card processing software. It was the same rep I called and left a message for earlier this morning. While this is a legit phone number in this case, always be absolutely sure when dealing with either your company or your personal credit card details. As far as i know, this number is only for merchant accounts.
