They called saying they were calling from Covenent and were trying to verify who my GP was so that they could confirm with my health insurance co. When I started asking questions, the woman told me to quit getting upset and to stop shouting at her. I was not doing either of these things. Then she told me she could not work with me and hung up on me. Sketchy and very unprofessional!
