I owed a medical bill, so when these people sent me a notice in the mail I went to their website and set up a monthly payment to automatically debit each month. They are still calling me every day!

Calls my cell phone several times a day and never leaves a message. When I answer it either sits silent or goes to an automated message.

I don't recall the company, but it is for a debt collector. I have called them back several times to tell them they have the wrong number, but they still keep calling.

I dont know how or why these people have my number but I really want them to stop calling me asap. I work and have a family to worry about and this 865-694-1140 number just keeps calling and calling and they leave no messages or anything to say what they want. And i dont know why a collection agency would be calling me from knoxville, Tn but i dont owe anyone money that I am aware of uneless my ex-boyfriend used my iden***y and is *****ing with all my information and oweing people. This is a collection agency.  RMB, Inc. [Receivable Management Bureau], 409 Bearden Park Circle, Knoxville TN 37919-7448.  Phone is 865-694-1140; fax is 865-694-1135.  When I answer my phone, all I get is a 'Please hold, all representatives are currently busy'.  Very annoying that I can't talk to a person to find out who I'm in debt to, which I am not!

Calls on my cell phone regularly. I told them I had to pay for each call so they increased the amount of calls.

has called me for over 4 yrs. and I tell them the same think when I get to talk to a real person. which is very rare. I tell them over and over I'm not who They are looking for. This has been my number for the last 27 years. but it never stops.

Called for the 7th week after the debt was paid and they had do***entation stating it was not valid anymore. Talked an ignorant employee named Lamar or so****ing like that he basically acted like it was still a valid debt when i told him it was the 5th time I wrote in with proof the debt was paid in full, he acted like I was a dead beat and not paying my debts which was not the case. I would advise any business not to use RMB at all as they do not follow standard compliance.

RMB has continued to call my home after I told them that the person they were looking for was not at this number. I have tried to call and get this straightened out and was told that the best thing I could do was to c****e my own phone number. 3515

Renae, Collection agencies are allowed to call up until 9 pm in your timezone. No violation there. Nice try though. The do not call list does not apply to collection agencies Bruce. Listen to the voice prompts and press the right ****on and you can talk to a live person.

Recording from a debt collector that calls late at night usually after 8pm.  Very annoying.

We have receive 2 recorded calls a day for about 3 weeks and there is no way to advise them they have the wrong number. We have filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call registery and would suggest anyone else who is having a problem do the same. www.donotcall.org
